Having trouble accessing the site?
We use your last name exactly as it is on file as a part of your employee records. For example, if your last name contains a space, a hyphen, a suffix (such as Jr. or III), or other special characters, those will need to be entered on the login page as a part of your last name for you to enter the site.
Who is eligible for the rebate?
For Michelin Employees:
Full-time employees and Part-time employees classified by the company as eligible to retire can rebate up to 8 tires per year, up to a maximum cumulative rebate of $750 for the year. Part-time, Co-op, Technical Scholar, Intern employees and Retirees can rebate up to 4 tires per year, up to a maximum cumulative rebate of $375 for the year.

For TCi Employees:
Eligibility begins after 90 days of continuous employment from hire date for both Full-time and Part-time employees. Full-time employees can rebate up to 8 tires per year, up to a maximum cumulative rebate of $750 for the year. Part-time employees can rebate up to 4 tires per year, up to a maximum cumulative rebate of $375 for the year.

For Oliver Employees:
Full-time employees can rebate up to 8 tires per year, up to a maximum cumulative rebate of $750 for the year. Part-time employees and Retirees can rebate up to 4 tires per year, up to a maximum cumulative rebate of $375 for the year.
For which relatives may I submit a rebate request?
For Michelin and Oliver Employees:
Where applicable, Full-time employees, Part-time employees, and Part-time employees classified by the company as eligible to retire may submit rebate requests, up to their annual maximum rebate allotments, for eligible relatives. Eligible relatives of these employee classifications include: spouse or qualified domestic partner, sibling, parent, child, grandparent or in-law. Retirees (including rehired retirees) and eligible apprentice employees are eligible to submit rebate requests on eligible purchases made for their own or a spouse’s/qualified domestic partner’s vehicle only.

For TCi Employees:
Full-time employees may submit rebate requests, up to their annual maximum rebate allotments, for eligible relatives. Eligible relatives of these employee classifications include: spouse or qualified domestic partner, sibling, parent, child, grandparent or in-law. Part-time employees are eligible to submit rebate requests on eligible purchases made for their own or a spouse’s/qualified domestic partner’s vehicle only.
Which tire brands are part of the rebate?
Purchases of Michelin, BFG and Uniroyal brands are eligible for rebate when the tires purchased are passenger, light truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and utility trailer tires. Tires obtained through any other program provided by the Company are not eligible for a rebate in the Employee Tire Purchase Rebate Program.
Are bicycle tires included in the rebate offer?
Michelin manufactured bicycle tires are eligible for rebate, with each bicycle tire counting as .5 of a tire towards your yearly tire allotment.
How long does it take to get a rebate?
Eligible requests with correct paperwork will typically be processed in approximately 4-6 weeks from the time the submission is received.

For Michelin Employees:
The Summary Plan Description (SPD) for the Rebate Program for complete program details is available via PSC at (877) 435-7868. Please review prior to making tire purchases to determine if your purchase will meet the program requirements.

For TCi Employees:
Obtain the Rebate Form and program summary on the TCi company Intranet. You may also email benefits@tirecenters.com to request the information.

For Oliver Employees:
If you have questions regarding your eligibility for the Employee Tire Purchase Rebate program, please contact your local HR representative.
Do I need to submit a separate form if I purchased tires from more than one tire line?
Yes, submit a separate rebate form for each tire line purchased.
What costs are covered in the rebate?
Rebates are issued for 30% of the tire(s) price only. Rebates are not made for costs associated with mounting, balancing, valve stems, applicable taxes, etc.
Do I need to provide tire purchase information?
Yes, there are two documents needed: the Tire Purchase Information and a photocopy of the current Vehicle Registration at the time of the tire purchase. For tires purchased for Utility Trailers: If your state of residency does not require trailers to have a vehicle registration, please provide a photocopy of the trailer title for your documentation. A Vehicle Registration is not required for bicycles.
What information does the Tire Purchase Information need to include?
It must clearly show the following: name of the dealer/outlet where the tire purchase was made, address of the dealer/outlet where the tire purchase was made, name of the person who purchased the tire(s), tire brand, tire line, tire size, and quantity purchased.
If I live outside the United States, can I use this website?
Yes! On the log in page, enter your last name, the last 4 digits of your social security number, and 5 zeros (00000) for the zip code. Please note: we will validate your address prior to mailing out your check.
What file types are accepted for the Tire Purchase Information and Vehicle Registration?
The acceptable file formats are: DOC, DOCX, JPG, PDF, TIF, XLS, XLSX, and WPS.
